The thing you see at the bottom of your page (Blogroll) is where all the links go. In your admin panel, just play around with the Blogroll thing and you'll see what you can do :] Categories - Are like groups of links (Take a look at my blog, the categories I currently have are: Archers, MapleStory & Nexon) And the Presentation -> Widgets thing in admin panel is something else you can manipulate.
